Five distinct brands. One responsive team. Brand and creative by Emily Payabyab, web and security by Kahin Warsame, and a new Ravine Waterpark website launched by November 1, built to never have a malware problem again.
Covelop needs an extension of its internal marketing team: fast, detail-obsessed creative across many brands at once, real website development and security, and the responsiveness to turn work around in as little as 24 hours. Your social and paid-media partner stays in place; we complement them.
The most comprehensive scope: a potential brand evolution, a new website with real in-house editing, ticketing and RFID coordination, and ongoing creative. Security is a stated priority after previous malware issues, and it is exactly where we are strongest.

Highly responsive design for a hospitality, restaurant, and events business: flyers, signage, menus, tradeshow and event collateral, often on short lead times.
We implement the newly finalized brand rather than recreate it: menus, ads, wedding and banquet collateral, signage, and ongoing website support once the new site is live.
Lower-volume support as needed: graphic design, website updates, signage, and event and promotional materials.
KWA Ops LLC dba KWA Digital is a registered Virginia LLC and a minority-owned business. We are a lean, AI-first studio: no agency layers, no handoffs, direct access to the two people on your account, at a pace and price a traditional agency cannot match.
Brand, graphic design, and print production are delivered by Emily as a named subcontractor. Everything else, web, security, integrations, and project management, is performed in-house by the principal. Nothing else is outsourced.
We are candid: our portfolio is not waterparks and golf resorts. What it proves is the thing you are actually buying: distinct brands held to their own standards, websites staff run themselves, and delivery that hits hard deadlines.

A professional, multilingual organization website with a staff-managed CMS. Non-technical staff update everything themselves, the exact in-house editing Ravine needs.
aspenfms.com ↗ Abdihakim CampaignDesigned and shipped quickly under a fixed deadline, the same speed the November 1 launch and your urgent requests require.
abdihakimibrahim.com ↗ National Chamber PlatformA multi-country, multilingual website and platform delivered via Mandek Consulting. Multiple brands and audiences on one coherent system, at institutional scale.
learn.kenyachamber.or.ke ↗Emily evaluates the current Ravine brand and logo and refreshes as needed, then builds a comprehensive guidelines package: logo treatments, color, typography, graphic elements, design standards, and signage applications. The core direction locks early so it never blocks the website build.
A new site on your established sitemap with significantly greater in-house editing: staff update pricing, events, promotions, images, and content in seconds, no developer needed. Strong UX, mobile responsive, SEO fundamentals, analytics, and security built in from day one.
We coordinate with your technology providers to integrate online ticketing and RFID wristband purchasing through their documented APIs. The in-park app is a strong next phase, scoped separately after launch so it never puts the November 1 date at risk.
Seasonal campaigns, flyers, rack cards, print and digital ads, event collateral, park signage, and promotional materials, all under the retainer.
Kickoff, brand core direction, sitemap and UX confirmed, hosting and staging stood up.
Brand finalized. Core pages designed and built, CMS editing, accessibility and SEO foundation.
Ticketing and ecommerce integration, content load, security hardening, full QA on staging.
Live, with monitoring, backups, and support in place from day one.
We built a directional homepage concept for Ravine so you can feel the layout, UX, and staff-editable features, not just read about them. Everything shown is illustrative; the refreshed visual brand is applied during the brand phase.

We treat security as architecture, not cleanup: prevention, detection, and recovery working together, on a hardened modern stack. Think of it as lifeguards, fences, and a first-aid station for your website.
One point of contact plus a shared project board. Every request is logged, tagged by property and priority, and given a committed turnaround. A brief weekly check-in aligns the week. Everything ships proofed, brand-checked, and production-ready, with correct sizing, bleeds, color conversions, and fonts for print.

Online ticketing and guest transactions run through WooCommerce or your chosen ticketing platform. RFID wristbands and in-park purchasing connect through your vendor's documented APIs and webhooks. POS and reservations integrate the same way.
Honest framing: we do not claim prior builds on a specific RFID platform. What we bring is a proven, standards-based integration methodology and direct coordination with your specialist providers, which is the lower-risk path to a reliable rollout, and exactly how the RFP frames this work.
All figures are recommendations to refine together in a short scoping conversation. Nothing exceeds an agreed number without a written change order.
Up to 45 pooled hours per month across all properties: design, production, website updates, account and project management. Hours are portfolio-wide, not per property. Overages flagged in advance, billed at the rate card.
